I've had the Mario 2 overworld theme regularly coming in and out of my mind for about three decades by now.
After watching the movie Weapons it's George Harrison's Beware of Darkness.
I'm not sure of the title but it starts out...
"Groin, under-breast and butt..."
"The Fate of Ophelia". The first song on the new Taylor Swift album.
Maybe I should not have listened to that album. I thought "this isn't for me but it's popular so I'll give it a chance" and now I like every song on the album to some extent, but the first one got me hooked.

That whole album is epic. I think I've had every song stuck in my head at some point.
Edit: to actually answer the question I'm going to say: Ryan Davis & the Roadhouse Band - "New Threats from the Soul"
I have songs go through my head all the time but im not sure about stuck. Ill sing them while walking the dog or such.
Its almost always Foot Tapper by The Shadows. Has been for years. In fairness, it's a bop.
