The fact this not on the front page of every newspaper in the world shows that
- Racism is stronger than war crime
- Israel can't be portrayed as guilty in any major crimes
- They are not allowed to post such stories
- All of the above

After all the genocide that has been done, the images and videos and maps, there's something about this video I can't get out of my head. A perfect summary of Israel's policies toward the Palestinian people and so utterly unacceptable. State sanctioned GENOCIDE and the world is either in on it, or doing piss-all about it.

@Townlately

I almost broke my phone watching the video the first time.

It's like Hollywood movies we were fed to remind us how horrible Nazi Germany was, but it's a real time video from our time. Happening right now while the entire world is witnessing it, over & over again

Remember back in 2008, there was a video of a Gaza man hit by a sniper when he went helping an injured civilian, he was down, trying to get to safety, but was shot twice on camera.
No one cared then, just like now

It's absolutely demoralizing. For anyone who ever asked themselves how they would react to Nazi Germany, the way you're reacting to Israel right now is your answer.

Stepping up my monthly donations to https://www.pcrf.net/ and https://www.anera.org/ at this moment.

Rest in peace to these men who peacefully surrendered and were straight up murdered.

(Tried to edit in case anyone wants to donate)

The crime is awful and unbearable, but what makes it even worse is that almost entire western world is unified in support and protection of these monsters.

I'm really sick of this. It's truly unbearable.

Shame on the people who stand by seeing this happen and still defend the butchers. I hope history takes note of who they are.

Oh whoa it appeared. I love how NYT never stops surprising me when it comes to crimes of Israel.

But at least this time they actually reported it.

I was very surprised to see this on the front page of the NYTimes website. Maybe something will finally change... This is straight up state sponsored murder. Unfortunately, not a unique story.

The day after Ben Gvir posted a note defending the action of the IoF soldiers murdering 2 innocent civilians in cold blood, the Israeli media and military changing the story and claiming that those who murdered the Palestinians are not IoF, but the border police.

PS. "Undercover" claim is really hilarious, those are uniformed IDF soldiers, not the police.

Doron Kadosh: Contrary to Ben Gvir's statements - there were no IDF soldiers at the event at all. The fighters in the Jenin incident are fighters from the Border Police undercover unit in Judea and Samaria. https://t.me/newsil2022

Al Mayadeen link

( MEE is financed by Qatar and based in UK. )

It was on the front page of my national broadcaster. I believe BBC also.

[–] faab64@freefree.ps 5 points 1 week ago (1 children)

@khannie

Interesting, that makes me more angry and disgusted about the coverage in Sweden.

[–] khannie@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I'm actually surprised. Wouldn't have expected that of Sweden. Interesting to learn.

[–] faab64@freefree.ps 6 points 1 week ago

@khannie

Sweden has changed. It is not at all the country I used to know. It is unbearable to visit the evening newspapers, they are like printed version of Jerry Springer and the "liberal" DN that I used to subscribe to has turned into a copy of Jerusalem Post.

I miss the old Sweden, that sweden was killed on ebruary 28, 1986 when they killed Olof Palme

There's no Hamas in the West Bank.

[–] faab64@freefree.ps 12 points 1 week ago

@PearOfJudes
It was never about Hamas
