Well, they have to for lack of a welfare state. It really isn't much to brag about. Charity is a bandaid, which doesn't solve the structural issues the same way that a welfare state does.

It is not difficult to explain at all. The more chaos Trump creates for the US, and in particular division between the US and its former allies, the better for Putin.

And all of those capsule coffeemakers are extremely wasteful, not to mention expensive.
But more importantly taxing people so a proper universal social security net exists. Donations and charities are symptom treatment (and very inefficient treatment at that), while proper social security is treatment on a structural level.

Considering it was only at this point and because of rising gas prices directly affecting her, I don't really think she has learnt much. She has been willing to accept and in fact endorse an insane amount of psychopatic hateful stupidity up until that point, which I very much suspect she doesn't regret at all.
