It is 10x more ironic than that when you dig into it. Dude also said public executions should be a thing and that kids should be forced to see it and then he was publicly executed in front of his own kids.
Damn, and here I am listening to that song because it fits the times so well. Can't really have them appropriate it. They are the ones making this dark age. Always felt that song was some kind of warning about becoming famous.
