Hey, if you have a way for me to legitimately immigrate there, I’m all ears. But I have no family, can’t claim asylum, and would need a job to sponsor me otherwise.

Who is they? And what can we realistically do about it? 12 million of us were out marching in the streets but it’s not helping. I’m not trying to be pessimistic but I’m seriously at a loss.

Looks like there’s a rich person loophole if you have at least £88K in savings.

But under the current, post-Brexit immigration regime, she must earn more than £29,000 and have been working in a job paying that for at least six months in the UK before she can apply for a family visa that would allow her husband to move here, or have £88,500 in cash savings.

So basically it’s not that both need to be working, it’s that the current citizen (I.e. her) needs to have been working in the country for at least 6 months. Also the last line is your rich person loophole.

He was pissed to find out Ceaser has his own entire month.

“I can’t believe that Ukraine is putting US companies in harms way! Ukraine must disarm and surrender right now to prevent anymore loss of American capital!”

Tortoises are slow. Turtles can be surprisingly fast.

We’re seeing in the US that majority of the people are being apathetic or ignorant to what is going on as it doesn’t directly affect them, and others are pointing out that we’re on the same route as Germany. Once Hitler seized power and then later when the county split, what was life like for those people that didn’t say or do anything? Assuming they weren’t in a targeted class, did they just go on and live their lives normally? I know there was a drop in the quality of living for them, but did they not know any better? Was it a state of constant fear, or was there “no war in Ba Sing Se”

I’m just curious what majority of the population here would potentially experience.

And hope my new account reaches these numbers soon
