I was having trouble yesterday with Photoshop and the Accept Terms popup. Updating hosts wouldn't work, so I used the WinTrust method, which solved the issue👌 Should I still maintain an up-to-date hosts file? Or does the WinTrust method eliminate the need for hosts? I applied the WinTrust method to all of the apps that I use to avoid any future popups.

My first post to GenP, so just wanted to say thanks so much for all that you guys do, your efforts are greatly appreciated! 👍

Which tempmail is working? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

Your guide says any temp mail service would work. But actually no, when trying to register for adobe creative cloud, no temp mail is working at all. Probably you know a free way without spoiling my real mail?

edit: ok this worked for me: 1timeemail.com (zmail.cam)

I had this issue earlier today and completely got rid of any adobe apps from my pc using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and follow the GenP instructions. I then redone the GenP instructions and made sure to patch AdobeCreativeCloud, install the apps, made sure not to install AdobeGenuineSoftware and patched the installed apps. Even though I followed the instructions, the popup is still appearing. Is there any fix for this?

After patching photoshop after like 1 minute this thing shows up, Patched few times, updated hosts even manually, reinstalled everything, and only photoshop has this problem (newest version), other apps like premiere pro etc. works without any problem. I dont know how to fix this issue

Hi folks, is there a way to download Acrobat from official site and afterwards patch it with GenP or I need to search torrent forums ?

Thanks

As the title says, Photoshop Remove Tool no longer requires Generative AI credits, but it still doesn't work for me.

Does it work for anyone else?

Thank you

Hi, this is my first time posting on anything like lemmy and yk what. I have not seen any posts regarding this issue, so I would like to know if I am the only one experiencing it and what steps I can take to resolve it; I pressed 'try again', and in less than a minute, it pops back up.

I've previously never had any issues with installing GenP and patching Adobe to get it to work but recently the patches haven't worked so I've tried "☢️ GUIDE #4 - NOTHING IS WORKING / FULL CLEANING" but it doesn't seem to work.

The folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common) doesn't seem to exist whenever I try Guide 4 and retry the whole Adobe download process and patch.

Anybody able to help, is this an Adobe issue or GenP one?

Im asking cause maybe a month or two ago I tried to upgrade and I found that it completely broke my H265 ability and i had to downgrade to Premiere 25.1.0 - Did something change in these versions past this?

I oringlaly installed the H265 codec via microsoft store and it works fine right now but worried to upgrade

I haven't used GenP in a while, but I needed to use it today and in the most recent release it mentions a new URL/domain/website. The site distributes GenP along with its source code.

Is this an official site? If yes, will it be added to the wiki? (if not, why?)

Does this mean the source code for 3.6.5 is already public?

Hi! I used paid AE before and patched it with no issues... other than this. For some reason, this has been happening for a few weeks, but I don't think it immediately occurred after patching. I also installed some dubiously acquired plugins (from a trusted source,) but there's no centralized community for that, so I thought that this community would be my best bet for people dealing with non official adobe shenanigans.

(Attached a video, hopefully. This is my first post on the platform. Please notify me if this is not the case so I can appropriately equip my dunce cap.) (Edit: it did not work. Attached pretty LQ screenshot from the shitty video I took on my phone instead. Basically, whenever I scroll, it creates a bunch of duplicates of the edge instead of revealing the UI that I'm scrolling to, WHILE I'm scrolling. It fixes itself when I'm not touching anything, but I'd still like to get this fixed.)

Does anyone have a fix for Creative Cloud's installer crashing? It keeps generating a .dmp file regardless of which set-up file I use (I've tried all 3). I see this exception code in the dmp file -> 0xc0000096 and after looking it up I'm not sure what else to try.

Everything Adobe related on my computer has been uninstalled/removed (registry, appdata, programfiles, programdata) and I've turned off all AVs and windows firewall during the process yet it still crashes.

Even tried it in safe mode and I am on an Administrator account.

Edit: To anyone who sees this, I tried everything posted below short of a full restart. I re-installed the Microsoft Store (I'm using Windows 10 LTSC) using powershell and tried installing creative cloud that way. I had to uninstall and re-install it again as after running GenP it was still showing "Buy" in the Apps tab instead of "Install".

For some reason I can not reply to the comments but I am very grateful for the help!
