We should push for a UBMI
Universal Bare Minimum Income
"Basic" is debatable
Hard to argue everyone needs the bare minimum
Maybe they aren't going to be able to buy their art supplies at first. But it's definitely a start.
Wonderful thing about art is that multiple people can share the same crayon box
