An American soldier, US Marine Corps Lance Corporal Kevin Melendez, has died in Saudi Arabia allegedly in a “non-hostile” incident.

Like Iran’s top security official, Ali Larijani, had said, the US is gradually announcing US soldier deaths due to “accidents”.

Some of them are there because of the poverty draft. Not an excuse, but the perceived stability the military offers is a real factor.
