what i mean is, is it short for something. i would have known about that, i feel like i should have known about that, that was my profession. i had clients in germany. just, i legitimately have two missing years in my memory.

it means WithWith or WithOut as far as i know. give me a little, i'm not googling Cum Cum

Basically, very rich people got reimbursed taxes for losses that never manifested (or twice for the same thing, I think both schemes existed)

that's not what i'm asking. i know how to buy losses. i can set you up with losses if you want to buy losses, same way the rich folk are doing. it's a very uncomplicated scheme. i'm asking what the Cum and Ex in CumCum or CumEx are short for so i can look it up and do my own research without googling Cum how much more explicit can i be

like how FedEx means Federal Express

right right when i wrote that comment, i had just been on hold for four godsdamned hours and then they answered. and then my phone's battery died. this fucking day i hate being on hold they are going to go home before they answer again.
