What is this picture from? (I mean what show / movie, do you know?)
It's a meme made in reference to Baldur's Gate 3 character Shadowheart.
There are times (idk if it's been patched out or not but was a thing at release) where Shadowheart would "disapprove" of certain dialogue choices made during what are supposed to be private scenes between you and another character, most notably one scene where you and said other character wander off into the woods for some sexy times.
Thus, the meme of Shadowheart spying on you from the bushes while judging your actions.
The painting is a meme, bu the character is Shadoweheart, from Baldurs Gate 3.
