what do you mean with "low block limit"
The amount of users you can block was really low. From what I've looked up it's 1000 which is basically nothing. When I was using Twitter I had over 20k accounts blocked to better curate my experience.
How much time does it take to accumulate 20k blocked accounts?! That's almost 20 a day every single day for 3 years Go touch some grass!
Id say there's a fair chance he's now blocked you 😅
