Now, I didn't see with audio, but the POV doesn't seem like a police motorcycle. I didn't see any police in the video.

Where'd he run from the police?

There is a police car with their lights on at the 15 second mark (far left of the frame). The driver of the motorcycle says "not the State Trooper!" It doesn't ever seem like the cop was actually chasing the guy on the unicycle.

Ah, yes. I rewatched it, looking for that exact info after your post, and this time I saw it. A blink and you'll miss it moment.

But also, that cop had already pulled someone over. He's not going to race off to chase this guy.
