Bullshit. Consider the scale. The number of people. The amount of material. The financials. 21 trillion over 16 years. And it magically ends in 2016. There would be billions in maintenance on these 170 bases.

I think the scale of it is almost certainly bullshit, but given that we know there are billionaire bunkers, I can imagine that there would've been some program in a similar style for the political class.

Seems unlikely, but they don't give a timescale either. If they've been building this shit since the height of the cold war in the 60s, it certainly could be in trillions now.

They give a time scale in the article. 1998 to 2015. Somehow diverted 21T in that time and this 74 year old just figured it out and went to Tucker Carlson
