I'm generally not one for over-punishing, but I feel like swatting should be heavily punished, like ten years on a roadside chain-gang punished. These little shits should have to give away a chunk of their freedom for trying to kill someone in this way.
They should get the same punishment as someone would for attempted murder. Because essentially that's what they're doing.

10 years for attempted premeditated murder? Let’s rethink those numbers?
