This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.

See this GitHub page for a collection of sources about socialism, imperialism, and other relevant topics.

This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.

We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

Wow same, if you ever find something to make you not think please tell. I can't stop thinking

i have never ever been able to not think or quiet my mind outside of like, when im doing menial tasks or routine physical actions like scrubbing myself in the shower and just focusing on that, (even then im all over the place and my mind’s loud) but for sleep i feel like i actually do pretty well with adhd (at least i massively improved from my early years) but i cant tell how. i think a lot of it fluctuates with my menstrual cycle however i think minor choice architecture (making my charging station as far from me as possible, adding software locks) have helped me plus i think i… just kinda learnt how to sleep (like i swear. i did). my mind is loud but i also do some things to relax my body physically and other personal methods to release energy so as to force myself to shut down

but i still have many days of regression. also i should probably stop eating so close to bedtime but. also i have routines cuz of my autism. blep. i think it’ll always be a struggle, but i do try to motivate myself by thinking of days i slept well and looking back on what i wrote those days (That things were awesome compared to days with less sleep which freaking SUCK. wow i sound like the most airheaded person with this advice)
