sadly it doesn't support RSS feeds, so you have to remember to check the accounts manually.

I use ad blockers on all my devices, so I haven't seen a single ad when opening the website.

Even with pihole the ads appear on firefox mobile.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm using uBlock Origin on Ironfox and NextDNS, and I'm yet to see an ad.
