I have always had a good posture but due to some changes in life I use my body differently at many tines a day and I belive this will change my posture if I do not do regular excersice (my lower back feels tired nowdays)

What advices do you have?

Seated Rows, Bent Over Rows, deadlifts and squats

It's good to have someone who knows proper form to show you these as well. They're some of the best exercises, but if you do them wrong they can fuck you up. Deadlift is my favorite lift of all time.
