Using sea water to cool things has a secondary problem. All the stuff that lives in the salt water which will love to live inside your cooling loop.
Anyway, I look forward to our new allies in the anti-ai war. Barnacles.
There's plenty shore NPPs cooled with seawater so it's at least partially solved problem, not that these are right people to solve it. Guess they'll fail in disruptive and innovative ways. Seawater also only touches one side of heat exchanger, that is until it rusts through. The expensive things should have deionized water running through them
I bet that things will corrode anyway, because of sea spray
