They're both mammals, yes.
What other things do you get confused about?
I could ask you the same question. Those are all technically pizzas. They are cooked dough with toppings on it, usually pizza sauce and cheese.
I don't understand your confusion with the subject. Especially with comparing mammals to mammals. We are all incredibly similar with a few genetic differences. Just like a generic oven baked pizza or a tortilla pizza. They're different, but also the same.
