Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Which has nothing to do with this
If you followed my advice you'd realize it does
Fascism in Italy had a lot more to do with nationalism than leftism, ultimately it wasn't really a leftist movement at all. I'm not sure if you're aware of the current state of the US but we already have an ethno-nationalism problem here, and it's exactly the thing we're trying to fight against.
Ok since y'all want to pick fights without trying to understand: fascism was a reaction to the growing leftist movements. It's called reactionism because that's what it does. Killing a few assholes won't solve anything except give rise to some variation of this.
The foundation for change like this is a cultural shift, otherwise all you'll get is some more repression.
Again, we have already passed that step. Cheeto Mussolini is already in power. His goons already have unchecked power to round up anyone they want.
we are the reactionaries.
