You can modify your instructions to remove all the patronizing and fluff, you know.
I told mine that I have ADHD thus no patience for bullshit. So told it to knock it off with the pandering, and just provide the straight facts using bullet points. Also to provide at least 2-3 sources for every claim. It works surprisingly well.
