I wear my headphones doing household chores because I find them really boring and want to entertain myself during it.
DO NOT come to interrupt me. I don't want to stop listening and I sure as heck don't want to go back to the annoying chores after the pointless interruption.
My addendum to that rule is they’re free to come interrupt me, but then they take over the chores.
