Which is basically what the court said, so it didn’t make it any easier or harder—it just reaffirmed that discrimination claims from straight people should be analyzed the same as discrimination claims from other minority groups. The court didn’t even weigh in on the facts of this case—the woman claiming ‘hetero’ discrimination still has to prove it in lower courts.
