We have universal health care? News to me. Last I recall, Obama also made the rich richer and promised change only to deliver none.
We don't need to lie to prove a point.
The Affordable Care Act was not universal health care, and Obama specifically avoided campaigning on that option. Instead we got Romney Care.
Obamacare was certainly a huge disappointment. But he did fight hard for it against very determined obstruction by the right. So while you can say it's not great, at least he did try.
the original act was watered down to its current form by the gop. mitch wouldve blocked everything.
The only reason it isn't universal healthcare is because of Republicans neutering it as much as they possibly could.

Why do these ghouls' "goals" matter so much to yall? That shit is all just messaging and optics. "Goals" do not put food in the table. Stop pretending these parties are so different. A venn diagram of dem policies and republican policies is basically a circle - with abortion and gun rights being the 2 main opposing positions.
Despite all these totally noble and definitely not feigned "goals", and multiple dem presidents, income inequality continues to balloon.
