Cyberpunk 2077
The pixel at is based on, as commented, Cyberpunk 2077. V is the name of the player character.
I should probably go back and finish the story, but I burned myself out on it, and now when I try to play with the same mods I had last time it won't load. I don't have the desire to start over completely, so who knows when I'll finish it.
