You might try contacting the person who shared those, maybe they'll still share if you promise not to sell it.

When pirates get butthurt about getting pirated
"OH no, the stuff I put on the internet for anyone to grab is being sold for profit! Who could have seen this coming?"

If this person shared the original discs, how did they know the pirate is using their copy to burn discs? Unless the pirate did something dumb……
