The Minnesota shootings is probably the test case at the moment (https://www.npr.org/2025/06/16/nx-s1-5433748/minnesota-shooting-suspect-vance-boelter-arrested-melissa-hortman-john-hoffman). No terrorism charges laid AFAIK despite targeting multiple legislators. How crazy far will the impunity (and increased criminal brazenness as a result) of sycophants go and how quickly?
