Duh?? It's "international law"
It's only fine to hate average Russians and Chinese for the actions of their government. The west and israel can perpetuate war-crimes, fund genocides, destabilize countries and still maintain their moral high ground and their citizens should not face any animosity.
If you start speaking up, they'll somehow, start punishing your country.
