A TinEye search only found one hit, which is a dead link that isn’t captured by archive.org or archive.today. Apparently it originated from the Korean Central News Agency, but I wouldn’t know how to find it even if it’s (still) there.

I think I saw that one. It was a "what North koreans think about USA" video where another guy says that his hatred of america isn't against the people but against the government and military that did genocide against Korea
