A CBC video showing a little piece of a Black Panther movement. I believe this meets the criteria of "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Perhaps a naive question: if I, as a white guy, want to support BPP/BLP, how would I do that outside of saying “hell yeah guys, all power to the people” if I happen to come across a patrol on the streets?

Edit: it seems that the info I provided was for a different Panther party, but I'll still leave it up in case people would like to look into the website.

Got you fam. I asked Dr Muhammad the same question when he was doing a live q&a with Sons of Liberty.

Nope that is a different Black Panther Party. The one in the Article is called the Black Panther Party for Self Defense.

(The confusion is like with the Irish Republican Army. There are multiple groups using the name but they are different from one another.)

Thanks for the heads up I thought it would be the same party.

I think the group is doing a bit of an OpSec and so limits their online presence to journalists they personally vet and a non-corporate email network.

So if you are interested in asking how as a white comrade you could help them, if you see a patrol just walk up and ask politely

Fucked if I know. A good question. A quick web search does not show how to donate to the cause, but there is a Huey P. Newton foundation. Not sure about how those funds are used.

They are now called “Th Black Lion Party for International Solidarity”.

The CBC piece mentions it at the very end. There is a story as to why. I don’t know that story, though.
