Doesn’t that also mean that FBI can’t get in the way of investigations at the state level on ICE? Just asking because it seems to me this isn’t a complete loss. There are other players on the world stage using other countries like puppets through our politicians. Representatives casting their vote against what their population voted for. (Ie datacenters and support for Israel).
