No, second in command is the Secretary of Defense. But if the Vice President is acting on behalf or under direction of the president it could be seen as a billet. Walking around bases every unit has pictures of their chains of command, all of them include the VP and have for a long time.
That's not what chain of command means. It simply establishes the hierarchy. Commands can be given by anyone who outranks you, or holds a billet that comes with higher authority. Trump and Vance at the top of that chain and can issue legal orders to literally anyone in the US military.
Maybe when the MAGA dorks try to convince us this is short term for long term gain; what they don't realize is ousting the republican stranglehold on the country is the long term gain.
Yeah, this was before the industry decided on their panic price increaes. It's weird how post panic prices never corrected. Going shooting is almost painful now on the wallet.
When I moved out of Texas in 2016, some friends told me there was a $5 bounty for hog tails from the state. So, you could do it for more than fun; less than a dollar a round for .308, then 5 dollars per tail... that's a decent profit.
