The hardcore/toxic crowd do nothing except alienate and turn people against the cause and make people think being vegan means being surrounded by assholes.

It’s people like you that welcome everyone into the discussion that inspire more people to try it out; you’re bringing about the real change.

I wasn’t saying it was wrong, just sharing some fun history facts…

Fried fish was introduced to England by the resident Jewish population in London, along with fried chips. They had migrated to England from the Netherlands, and Portugal/Spain before that.

What is up with the bird at the end?

A connoisseur right here.

You’re not wrong. Research into models trained on racially balanced datasets has shown better recognition performance among with reduced biases. This was in limited and GAN generated faces so it still needs to be recreated with real-world data but it shows promise that balancing training data should reduce bias.

If you release in early access, perhaps expect players not being ready to jump into a buggy, in-development competitive shooter?

Only early access games I’ll pick up are ones where it’s not PvP and I doubt I’m alone in that.

Bizarre they’re effectively treating the game as “released” and studying telemetry yet when players see “early access”, they see it as “beta” and not actually released.

Put it this way, Commander William Riker was a huge fan.

c/All browser here and not a subscriber of this community. But as a fan of Star Trek, I find this post pretty hilarious. Especially as Risa is part of at least four of the shows, at least one movie, several books, multiple games, RPG manuals, and more.

I imagine a hypothetical tatooine@starwars.website where the community posts nothing but pictures of sand with titles like “The beautiful view from my apartment” and someone dropping into that community to complain “what even is a tatooine!? all i can see is brown. why are you alienating non-starwars fans?

Or football@sport.websiteWhy is everyone running after spheres? Who are all these people? Why don’t you explain what a football are in your sidebar? Why are you alienating people who don’t have feet spheres?

Not everything on the internet is for you or required to cater to you. Rather than share negativity, simply try tapping on a different hyperlink instead and find something that is for you.
