It's very helpful to be able to tell if someone is looking your direction, as a driver and even more importantly as a pedestrian.

I am pointing out the absurdity of saying someone not doing something that only heads of state or large organisations do. What does it matter if I personally sanction Israel? I don't have the resources of millions of people at my disposal.
