It has increasing been made a crime in various states to various degrees. See the woman who was arrested in the Florida statehouse and the college bathroom ban in Ohio.

This is a parents are too lazy to parent concern not a security concern.

To add, cisgender is not that new of a word, it's been around since the 90s in English. Using the term "biological male/female" is an immidate red flag as it carries with it the insinuation that trans identities are not ligitimate; you could just say "not trans." Hence the heavy use by right wingers and bigots.

I guess we just make shit up now? The NLRB doesn't have fees for reporting violations, and Pro-Bono lawyers charge a percent of the settlement not "more if they won't settle. "

Yeah, it wouldn't be worth the effort to go after for a minimum wage gig, but for a 150k career? Definitely. Don't let "fear of HR" turn you into a door mat that tolerates a toxic work environment.

This narrative that abortion bans have all the doctors scared and it ties their hands from doing anything involving a pregnant mother is false.

Tell that to the women who have been left without proper care and the doctors that have fled the christian-nationalist states passing these laws. Get your right-wing nonsense out of here.

If the daughter is older enough, sounds like it's her/her estates debt. Not her parents, unless they were unfortunate enough to be manipulatrd into assuming responsibily.

Then you can take them to court for wrongful termination.

I've never worked for a company where HR was anything but useless. When you get fired for shit like this (or in general) it's usually someone in the management chain calling the shots.
