Reminds me of learned helplessness. Is switching email a one day and youre done type of thing. No. But pretty fast, you can get quite far, and the rest comes along as you go. If you want convenience, tey proton mail. They even have a smart switch feature. It's its own ecosystem, the difference is you acually pay the company, instead of letting them scrape and harvest all your data to sell

Might get downvoted but I think a lot of his stuff is good, including this skit in context.

Also, protein is the most filling of the three macronutrients. But there are some caveats. Protein powder, especially fast absorbing ones like whey, are generally not that filling. At least not compared to tuna, chicken etc.. So make sure to find substitutes that indeed are filling
