超市里大瓶小瓶的全是一级冷榨原支原味富含多种营养物质的油,但据gemini说煎炸适合使用杂质少的精炼油,因为烟点比较高。我试着拿压榨花生油来煎也是稍微一预热就开始冒烟,煎不出crust来。

当然也有可能是电磁炉或者skill issue,但我觉得油还是大问题

菜籽油貌似适合高温油炸,但是不喜欢菜籽油带来的颜色和味道
