Eh its not too bad. 43% of study participants regained less than 50% of their lost weight. So i would say its quite effective even long term, just not 100% effective.
I don’t know what the long-term effects of this are going to be, but it seems pretty effective. However, like any diet, if you don’t change who you are… You’re just going to go back to eating Poorly. I think food education in addition to this drug is what is needed
eat less, do more.
Easier said than done.
