So "Elizabeth" from before, I guess I will call by their more "neutral" name "Alex" since they use any pronouns but prefer neutral with a slight preference on she.

So, Alex can be a bit freaky but I honestly don't mind because they're really cute and not like this all the time, in fact, they're mainly really friendly most of the time! They were thinking about dating me according to one of their friends but I was thinking about video calling first because we're online friends, we may not be able to meet IRL, and because I wanna see if they're legit obviously first.

After I call them, though, I'm really nervous. How should I go about asking them out?

They said not yet, they wanna get to know me first but once we meet up and video call they would. I think they’re mad at me rn
