If anything, your hands are dirtier than your junk. Your junk sits behind clothing. Your hands are out touching things all the time.
Wash your hands before touching your dick. ๐
But also: If you touch anything to flush the toilet, you should wash 'em again after.
Also the bathroom door handles make the washing you just did pointless.
Like, I'll always wash my hands after taking a shit, but it doesn't really seem necessary if I touched my dick for a literal second to pull it out and put it up. And depending on the clothing I don't even need to touch it.
Kick that shit open with your feet.
That's not always an option, though.

I got some wasabi powder transfer once going to the bathroom while working as a cook. Learned that lesson real quick.
