I have lifelong trouble focusing and organizing , I get hyperfocused on some things but avoid other tasks, I sometimes speak out loud involuntarily, my mood shifts quickly depending on situations, I feel restless, sleep around 6 hours or wake sometimes, and my BMI is 15.

All of these could be signs of adhd, but none of these are definitive without more details.

If you want to be sure you need to talk to a professional.

If you want to compare with diagnosed neurodivergents for reference. About the trouble focusing:

Every single school report i took home, from first grade to the end of highschool with no exceptions had a variation of a single added comment. “never pays attention in class”
