Dude's out there filing frivolous lawsuits like he's buying lotto tickets. I guess the other chuds in the cabinet don't give him the insider stock tips.
This is because USA is one of the few countries in the world that doesn't have loser pays laws. He should have to pay MSNBC's legal fees.
We have "loser pays" contracts and "loser pays" countersuits.
"Loser pays laws" can also inhibit individuals from filing legitimate lawsuits in the first place out of fear.
It's not automatic, but MSNBC can sue to recover those fees. However, it's still a pretty high bar.
but then they have new fees from the second lawsuit. Shithole system only designed to feed lawyers.
I'm excited to see what discovery in his defamation suit against The Atlantic will reveal about his conduct (should it go to trial).
This asshat is out there trying to bully media outlets into silence, probably not realizing the hilarious backfire waiting for him when one of them calls his bluff and lets a court verify their allegations 😄
Just read the Atlantic article.

discovery will just be the proof and witnesses.
"on Friday, April 10, as FBI Director Kash Patel was preparing to leave work for the weekend, he struggled to log on to an internal computer system. He quickly became convinced that he had been locked out, and he panicked, frantically calling aides and allies to announce that he had been fired by the White House, according to nine people familiar with his outreach."
Left CAPS LOCK ON.
he's been using FBI private jets to party at a famous Coke den in Las Vegas.
He once passed out in his office behind multiple locked doors so they needed to break in with an extraction team.
FBI agents HATE him.
If they had proof, or witnesses willing to go on the record, they would have been in the article.
Most MAGA hate people of Indian descent.
There are a lot of MAGA of Indian descent.
