Pretty sure kidneys don't have eyes or a mouth. Pretty sure they don't stick up from the mass of flesh like some eldrich tumor. Pretty sure if this image becomes a meme, I'll hate it forever.

Well, the cavity your organs sit in us kinda just open like that, everything kinda just sits on the thing next to it, so since the kidneys are close to the outside on your back, it's probably not far off
