They do interact and it looks genuine enough. They're just one of those people who post much more than they comment. First page of comments goes five days back, first page of posts just 14 hours.

I know there's an argument to be made for such behavior, esp. on the still young fediverse, but usually they do this way too indiscriminately.

Yeah I agree, definitely such people exist and I don't wanna be running around calling everything I don't like a bot. I do respect trying to keep Lemmy saturated. But yeah either way if you're posting so often you don't even remember what you've posted before, or if you're reposting stuff posted by bots on reddit, then you essentially function as a bot anyways in terms of post quality. So yeah maybe it's just about being a little more curatorial.
