And that probably doesn't even make the top ten in the list of corrupt shit he's done this year.
The most concerning thing about this stat, is when you realize roughly 30% of Americans are so mentally ill from propaganda that they believe him and his fascist cronies are the "goodies" fighting corruption.
Imagine being such a galaxy brained conservative that in just over a year, you went from constantly talking about Epstein to not wanting to talk about it at all now while watching the Republican Party actively covering it up, because something something "the Democrats".
The something something is that they’re very open to and easily swayed by propaganda due to the nature of their belief systems and they genuinely thought democrats were the primary group susceptible to damage from Epstein revelations and investigations, prosecutions, but once it dawned on them that they were conned by the con man they sent to harm people they dislike, they got embarrassed and decided to move on to the next talking point they were handed. The problem is republicans don’t have great and convincing talking points at present that don’t point back at them in negative lights, so they are sticking to the old cultural warfare battles like trans, communism, gays, think of the children, Muslims, etc, but the economy has collapsed so hard already that their core base can’t ignore it and just parrot those cultural talking points while enjoying poverty that mostly affects their enemies and only somewhat their own lives.
It's weird to see people that were soooo galvanized by this shit, especially during donnie's first failed term, and were on Parler, deep in the Pizzagate thing, then the Qanon thing, bought into the "save the children" psyop, etc.
I mean, for some, it's nearly all they wanted to talk about during Covid. And during the run-up to the 2024 election. It was practically their identity.
Only to have all that excitement fizzle out.
It's kind of like talking to birthers. So many of them were just so sure that somehow, all their endeavors to "expose" Obama because the "liberal media" didn't "properly vet him" (lol) was going to mean he was going to be impeached in his first term. Or at least, the voters wouldn't be fooled the second time. And then he had two terms.
Same thing: suddenly the birthers are almost nowhere to be found. These days, trying to find someone that will admit (at least in public) to being into Qanon or being a birther, is about as hard as finding someone that voted for W sometime after 2008...it's almost like the conservatives are great at falling for complete horseshit, never learning anything, and never owning up to it.
I figure it’s why their brands of Christianity are so popular despite losing ground with younger generations, because they don’t have to admit they’re wrong about their faith if it turns out to not be truth, they’re just dead. It doesn’t matter to them if they fucked everyone and everything over with their beliefs, cause they’re gone and their wake of destruction doesn’t follow them personally. No need to be embarrassed and pretend you never believed it.
with the openly expressed purpose of using them as insider information to guide investments… they are not even pretending it's for any legal purpose
