Why in the hell would you setup R&D for a computer company in Isreal for any reason that isn't a bribe of some sort?

Israelis infiltrate companies and then try to funnel investment of the company into Israel and hire more Israelis. It's the most blatant nepotism and corruption you'll ever see.
