I know. This reqyirement alone move it out of the lowest price tier. But I would appriciate any recomedation.

Maybe. Or mayve its an overkill and mosr of the lags I expirience is due to shortag of other things like RAM or processing power and my prevuous bandwith was perfectly fine for my casual needs. Who can tell?
