Finally someone is protecting adult porn actors from these terrible roles.

[–] chillpanzee@lemmy.ml 8 points 2 days ago

Lol, they're banning certain kinds of porn because they don't like the plot.

as much as I hate that category, this is BS and a waste of government funds to pay lawmakers for this.

The article mentions several types of adult material, including this step-relative thing, as well as adults who look like children. These issues are quite controversial.

And these bans all passed by a margin of either 1 or 2 votes.

The article also talks about measures to combat revenge porn, which I don't think is controversial at all.

Who decides who looks like children though? Sounds like an unenforceable law

A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, right?

Combating revenge porm shouldn't be controversial, however I suspect this is just going to be used as yet another excuse to scan everyone's messages based on this part:

The minister said the Government's proposal would "make it a criminal offence non-consensually to take a screenshot of or copy in any way an intimate image that the victim has shared only temporarily".

Wonder if there will be exceptions for police and MPs?

“Oh, step brother! I’m stuck.”

“Let me just kneel down and….”

“Thank you. I’m not stuck now..”

The future of porn in the UK.

Having this done to the whole catalogue through automated voiceovers would be a form of malicious compliance I would actually find funny.

Time to call step-step-brother

Someone will have to watch all of it to make sure it is properly categorized. I suspect a new ministry of porn categorization or something.

How about you focus on abuse of power differentials aka rape.

Kier Starmer is a pedophile. He's really not one to be judging others' kinks.
