Jotta Cloud would be great except it's trying to do too much and requires a proprietary client, even on the CLI

I just want a dumb drive that I can scp a big old xz of my backups, in a country that has decent privacy laws, that doesn't cost a fortune

kDrive (by Infomaniak) is located in Switzerland and is e2e by default. They have a whole suite with mail, office etc in a bundle, too. 20gb for free
