Hello, bomb seller. I am heading into battle, and I want your strongest bombs.
"You can't handle my strongest bombs . . . . . . . . they're much too strong for you. " . . .(awkward smug smirk) :>
I watched Odyssey Imax in the front row. It was my first time seeing imax and I thought they were trying to sneak a slight looksmaxxing filter on the characters.
Tbf rob pattinson just looks like that
Every time I saw a movie in IMAX, it has given me a fat headache. Regular movie screen is enough.
I mean IMAX is damm close to just 4:3 again. Put it on the old tube
Only way to do that is to remove all the seats. I'm not against it though.
I think all places are reserved seats now. Just dont list them for sale anymore. Then they can eventually be swapped with any seats that break. Kind of works out well if you ask me.
If you take away all the chairs so attendees are on their feet the whole time, it's almost guaranteed that they'll under stand the movie.
I think it might still go over some peoples heads 😁
I don't know about that, sounds like projecting.
My local IMAX is still first-come-first-served and I hate it. Having to arrive up to 2 hours early (for premiere nights) and wait in line the entire time sucks. This is a true IMAX theater and not the liemax that AMC has.

It's hard for me to get time to go to a movie in theaters. I have wanted to see this one since last year. I can't remember the last time I ever had this much trouble trying to find a seat. I thought i would be able to get in for this weekend and realized it was all gone at like 5 imax theaters that are sort of in my area. I started to realize all the seats were gone till its out of imax which is aug 5th. Had to get tickets to a 10pm weekday show this week to get semi ok seats. At least they are running a 50% off for the weekdays which sort of makes up for it. Cant wait to finally see it, although im defintely going to suffer the next day at work if i won't get home till 2am... yolo? Lol
Take the time to see if any of the "IMAX" screens in your area are showing it in full 70mm (not digital). Worth it if you are close to one (and there are only fewer than 30 in the world.) We had to see it at 10:15 on a weeknight to make it happen.
The closest one to me is NY and I dont live in NY so it's not going to happen as much as I would have liked it to haha. Im not that far either, probably would take an hour or hour and a half to get to it, but the extra cost paying for bridge tolls and parking, or taking the train in just is not worth it these days. If I was 20 years younger I absolutely would have made it happen, but these days just getting to see it is a win.
